Terms of Service

Please read these terms before using the Ultra Stack website and its implemented product demonstration, operated by Ultra Slack Pte Ltd. Questions can be sent to hello@ultra-stack.com.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the website or demo, you agree to these terms to the extent they are enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using them. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Use of the website and demo

Ultra Stack showcases interior design project-management tools for homeowners, designers, and company leaders: projects, CRM, concepts and selections, tasks, budgets, and team overviews. The demo uses fictional clients and illustrative project data.

Use the website lawfully. Do not disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious content, misuse another person’s information, or copy protected content without permission or a lawful basis. You are responsible for having the right to use any records you choose to enter.

Use fictional or non-sensitive data in the demo. Verify real measurements, prices, specifications, construction requirements, and financial commitments independently. The demo is not professional design, construction, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

3. Accounts and access

No real account is created in the browser demo. Homeowner, Designer, and Management views are presentation previews, not authenticated permissions. Demo records are stored in your browser profile, not a shared team workspace.

Messages are not delivered externally, and sample calendar events do not create invitations. Changing an approval, payment, or order status does not execute a contract, authorize a purchase, move funds, or communicate a binding decision to a third party.

This demonstration is not a production service agreement.

4. Subscriptions and payment

The public website does not currently collect payment, sell a subscription, or provide verified mobile-app listing links. No price, currency, free-trial duration, refund promise, availability date, or per-seat billing arrangement is established by the demo.

A future paid offer must disclose its actual charges, billing and renewal conditions, cancellation process, applicable store rules, and any separate agreement before purchase. Those conditions will be disclosed for the actual offer rather than inferred from this demonstration.

5. Intellectual property

The Ultra Stack interface, branding, and website materials are provided for exploring the product. They and any third-party assets remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Do not reproduce or distribute protected materials without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Sample project imagery, client names, supplier references, and screenshots are illustrative and do not imply real customer relationships, endorsements, or independent rights to third-party assets.

6. Your content

You retain the rights you have in project records, notes, and other content you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for any permission required to use it. Do not submit confidential information, passwords, payment credentials, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Local demo data is used to display the workflow and generate requested briefs, specifications, reports, and workspace exports. Secure uploads and production document storage are not enabled. If you send us content by email, you authorize us to handle it for the purpose of responding to that request; this does not transfer ownership of your content.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

The website and demo are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. They may change or become unavailable, and browser-local records can be lost. Keep independent records and backups for real projects, and verify outputs before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ultra Slack Pte Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the demo, such as loss of business opportunity or reliance on illustrative information. This does not exclude any responsibility, warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Ending use and restrictions

You can stop using the website and clear its browser-local demo data at any time. We may restrict access to the website where necessary to address unlawful use, security issues, or material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.

The demo does not have a real account to suspend or cancel. Questions about actual account closure or data held by us can be sent to hello@ultra-stack.com. Data-retention and deletion choices are explained in the Privacy Policy and Data & deletion page.

9. Governing law and disputes

These website and demo terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in them limits rights, obligations, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms requires you to give up mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a claim in a forum that applicable law provides. Contact hello@ultra-stack.com to raise a concern before pursuing a dispute.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these website/demo terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. Revisions will be posted here with an updated date. Any notice or consent required by law or an applicable customer agreement will be handled accordingly.
