How to remove local demo records and contact Ultra Slack Pte Ltd about personal information or account deletion.
Email hello@ultra-stack.com with the subject “Ultra Stack Account and Data Deletion Request.” Include the relevant account/contact email and which information you want removed. Do not send a password or payment credentials.

Identify the Ultra Stack account or correspondence involved. If you are contacting us for a company or another person, explain your authority. We may request proportionate verification to protect information before acting.
Ultra Slack Pte Ltd will review applicable requests under the relevant law. Records may need to be retained where a lawful obligation or necessary reason applies.
2. Export your browser-local demo records
The demo has no real signed-in account. If you want a copy of your local workspace, open demo Settings and choose “Export workspace data.” The JSON file is downloaded to your device. Corresponding demo pages also support project brief, specification, or budget-report exports.
3. Clear local demo information
Open your browser’s settings for this website and clear its stored site data. The workspace key is ultrastack-workspace-v1. This removes locally entered projects, contacts, tasks, design selections, notes, messages, expenses, and workspace preferences.
Sending us an email cannot remove records held only in your browser. Clearing site data does not delete downloaded export files, another browser’s records, or infrastructure logs. Delete downloaded files separately if they are no longer needed.
4. What happens after clearing the demo
The next time you visit the demo, it starts with supplied fictional sample records. Those examples are not restored personal information. There is no real demo account to reactivate.
